Feb. 4th

Leslie Hade, Fort Dodge, was driving in the 14000 block of N Ave, when she lost control and went into a ditch and came to rest in a farm field.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10000.  A farm fence was damaged with an estimate of $400.  The vehicle was privately towed.

Feb. 5th

Keith Fuselier, age 22, 100 S. Alice St, Sioux City, was arrested for Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Assault – Place In Fear Of Contact, Theft 3rd Degree, Robbery 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Criminal Mischief 5th Degree, Obstruction Of Emergency Communications, Interference With Official Acts and Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
