The Dallas County Board of Supervisors met in regular session on Tuesday.

The board approved a change order for the administration building in Adel by Farnsworth Group’s Architecture Principal Kristofer Orth in the amount of $25,721,207, along with two pay applications for partial retainage release were also approved, for $51,695 and $662,492, respectively. Other items on the agenda that the board approved included paying for Dallas County Courthouse Operations Staff and Estimating Staff members in the amount of $23,720 and additional preconstruction services for the evidence storage and firing range for $26,120. 

The board also appointed David Kraayenbrink to the Dallas County Conservation Board and Brian Van Heuverswyn to the Fox Creek Benefited Water District. The ended in a closed session to discuss the purchase of a particular part of real estate.
