
The Greene County FFA Chapter is ready to head to Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center High School tomorrow for the Sub-District competition.
Advisor Raelyn Harris says 16 students are going to the contest in six categories, including ag broadcasting, conduct of meetings, creed, ag sales, public speaking and parliamentary procedure. Of those Kai Byerly and Makenzie Wahl qualified for districts last year in a couple of categories.
Of the contest entries that advance to the district-level of competition, the Greene County FFA Chapter is one of the hosting sites that is slated for March 1st. A full list of the students and what they are competing in can be found below.
Ag Broadcasting: Jaelynn Hedges
Conduct of Meetings: Makenzie Wahl, Emmalin Wright, Breanna Pope, Madesyn Carstens, Chloe Julick, Tatum Tucker, and Kinley Dzuris
Creed: Hanna Fouch
Ag Sales: Eli Glawe
Public Speaking: Austyn Smith
Parliamentary Procedure: Kai Byerly, Dakota Ostrander, Allison Fields, Callie Martin, Adam Hooper
