UNIT 3 – BLUE HONDA ACCORD AGAN-LAWS, ABBIE ALLYN OF BAGLEY, IA

UNIT 3 WAS FACING NB WAITING AT THE STOP SIGN TO ATTEMPT TO TURN EB ON 141ST ST TOWARD WOODWARD. UNIT 1 PULLED INTO THE MEDIAN WITHOUT YELDING TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC PROCEEDED. UNIT 1 WAS COLLIDED WITH UNIT 2 AND HIT UNIT 3 WHO WAS STATIONARY WAITING
AT THE STOP SIGN ON SOUMAS AVE. UNIT 1 ADVISED THEY DID NOT SEE UNIT TWO AS THEIR HEADLIGHTS WERE NOT ON BUT DID CHECK AND THEY WERE ON AUTO FEATHER. UNIT 1 WAS CITED FOR FAIL TO OBEY STOP SIGN AND YIELD RIGHT WAY. TOTAL APPROX DAMAGE $51,000.

Unit 2 2014 Volkswagen, driven by Wilson, Townes of 2320 Evelyn St

Unit 1 was traveling NB in he 800 blk 3rd St. Unit 2 was traveling West in the 1300 blk of Estella St. Uncontrolled Intersection. Neither vehicle yielded. Unit 1 stuck unit 2’s drivers side door with their front passenger side bumper. Minimal Damage, no injury. Both vehicles drove away. No citations issued.

Arrest: Lackson, Linsay Nichole 36 yoa female of 1403 Warford St. Charged with Driving Under Suspension.

Report of Disorderly conduct in the 1800 blk of Pattee. No arrests.

Report of Harassment from the 1700 blk of 2nd St, no arrests.

Arrest: Sucher, Richard Dean II 57 yoa male of 137 7 St, charged with Greene County Warrant Fraudulent practice 2nd and Gambling Avoid Set off.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
