Michael Sheehy, 50, 2350 E. 24th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Kole Critchlow, age 25, 28925 360th St, Booneville, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault, Obstruction Of Emergency Communications and two counts of Child Endangerment.

Briley Robertson, Ankeny, was driving in the 25000 block of W Ave when her vehicle slid on the snow/slush, crossing the center line and striking a vehicle driven by Jessica Herr, Dallas Center.  Ms Herr’s vehicle went into the ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Robertson’s car was estimated at $7500.  Damage to Ms. Herr’s car was estimated at $5000.  Ms. Robertson was able to drive from the scene, Ms. Herr had to have her vehicle towed.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
