The AC/GC Chargers boys wrestling team took victory at their duals Tuesday night.

The Chargers fell to Woodward Granger 54-21, having forfeits in five weight classes. The team took down Hawks wrestlers in the 120, 144, 165 and 285 weight classes. AC/GC then took on South Central Calhoun, winning that match up 42-36, having forfeits in four matches and a double forfeit in another. The Chargers won in the 120, 138, 150, 157, 190, 215 and 285 weight classes. A full list of Chargers wrestlers and how they did for each dual can be found in this story online.

The Chargers return to action tomorrow, heading to Corning for the first day of the John J. Harris Tournament hosted by Southwest Valley. Familiar teams that will also be there include CAM, Nodaway Valley, Panorama, Riverside and Winterset. The second day of the tournament continues on into Saturday.
