Jessie Adams, age 43, 407 S. 12th St, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault and Violation Of Probation Terms.

Jason Shoultz, Wilton, was traveling 12000 block of J Ave when he believes his car experienced a mechanical failure and causing him to lose control and go into the ditch, hitting a utility pole.  Mr. Shoultz was taken to Dallas Co Hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  His vehicle had an estimated $5000 damage and was towed from the scene.  Mr. Shoultz was issued a citation for Driving While Under Suspension.  The utility pole had an estimated $10000 damage.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
