An annual event is coming up in the beginning of February that involves a tasty treat.

The Perry Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 22nd Annual Chocolate Walk on Saturday, February 8th. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti tells Raccoon Valley Radio that more than 12 businesses are participating this year. She illustrates that two new businesses that recently opened in the community are joining in on the fun. Pasutti entices anyone who is a fan of sweet candies to stop by.

“If you love chocolate, it’s the Valentine’s (Day) themed event, so you buy your passport, you get free chocolate samples at every business along the way. We encourage local shopping and supporting businesses, but it’s all about the chocolates, and getting out and seeing what’s new in places that you haven’t been in.”

Pasutti states that tickets are now available online at the eventbrite website, and physical paper passports can be purchased, starting February 1st. To buy tickets online, click here.
