Shyann Middleton, age 29, 2093 Willow Ave, Panora, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was theft 3rd Degree.

Amy Short, Redfield, was driving in the 14000 block of J Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was towed privately.

Jan. 14th

Kristy Kibbler, age 44, 919 Taylor St, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Child Endangerment and two counts of Contempt – Violation Of No Contact Order.

Terry Seronko, age 51, 1807 5th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original appearance was for a Show Cause hearing.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
