The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School Dance team concluded the year with the final performances on Sunday.
ADM competed in the Iowa National Dance Alliance Regionals in Johnston, where they battled in the divisions of Junior Varsity Pom, Varsity Pom, and Varsity Jazz. In the JV Pom finals, the Tigers garnered a fifth place finish, behind Johnston, Valley, Waukee, and Ankeny Centennial High School. ADM Varsity Pom marked fifth out of six schools, beating North Polk, and the Tigers tallied sixth place in the Varsity Jazz division.
Back in November, ADM was named regional champs in the Varsity Jazz and Hoopla categories at the Iowa Regional Dance Team Union Competition, then went on to win the first state championship in school history in Hoopla at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association competition in December.
