Arrest: Schwabland, David Michael Bradley age 38 of 2621 Marengo Dr. Charged with Burglary 1st degree, Willful injury- Bodily Injury and Assault W/ Intent-Ser Injury

January 11th

Hit and run accident reported in the 500 blk of 1o.

Unit 1 info pending investigation.

Unit 2 Red Ford Mustang, to Jonassen, Moses.

Unit 2 was legally parked at the gas pump when unit 2 backed south out of the parking space just in front of unit 2. Unit 1 struck unit 2’s driver’s side front bumper with his passenger rear bumper. Minor damage. Unit 1 left the scene.

Report of Criminal Mischief from the 1600 blk of Willis Ave. Two tires of their Silver Hyundai Elantra were slashed. Report taken.

Arrest: Schlicht, Miranda Lynn Age 25 of Ralston, IA. Charged with Dallas County Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Report of Harassment from the 1700 blk of 200 St. Suspect was warned to stop, no charges.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
