A Stuart Man was Sentenced in July of 2024.

Lee Goll of Stuart entered a plea deal of guilty on three of ten charges stemming from a February 12, 2024 incident.

Goll was convicted of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a Class C Felony, assault with intent to inflict serious injury, an aggravated misdemeanor, and domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness 1st offense, a serious misdemeanor. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Goll will receive a term of imprisonment not to exceed 10 years for the Class C Felony, and receive credit for time already served for the aggravated and serious misdemeanors.
