The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library will be hosting their first cookbook club meeting of the year soon.

Library Director Jerri Hawkins says that the meeting will be January 16th. She mentions that the group meets every third Thursday from 6:30-8pm, and uses different cookbooks to make recipes for a potluck. Hawkins adds that the club isn’t just for patrons of the library or Guthrie Center residents, but for anyone who would like to join, as several people from surrounding communities take part in the club as well.
