4:17am: Nicole Huss 37 of Newton was booked into the jail for operation without an ignition interlock device.

2:26pm: A deputy, Jefferson Police Department, and the Jefferson Fire Department responded to a large gas leak in the 100 block of North Chestnut Street, Jefferson.

4:37pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1900 block of 210th Street, Grand Junction.

5:16pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on 220th Street near Grimmell Road.

8:14pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly parent at a basketball game in the 600 block of Adrian Street, Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
