A unique group will be hosting an event tomorrow at the Greene County Historical Museum in Jefferson.

The Greene County Questers Chapter will be hosting a conversation and coffee event at 10am tomorrow morning to discuss history, antiques and historical artifacts. According to the organization, the Greene County Questers were founded in 1992 and were named Greene Gallups, a combination of Greene County and former resident George Gallup, who created public opinion polling in 1935.

Questers member from Jefferson, Mikki Schwarzkopf says their organization is about history and they have monthly meetings to talk about all sorts of related subjects and items. Tomorrow’s event is free and open to the public with refreshments served.
