The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet tomorrow morning.
The Board will consider for approval a retirement resolution for Mike Bierl as the County Veterans Affairs Director, and a federal aid agreement for a county highway bridge project with Carroll County. They will also hear more 2026 fiscal year funding requests from Jefferson Congregate Meals, Bell Tower Community Foundation, New Opportunities and the Children’s Center.
Additionally, the Board will set a public hearing for the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimation of funds for the county jail project, as well as setting another public hearing for a current fiscal year budget amendment. Finally, the Board will hear the 2026 fiscal year elected officials salary presentations.
