3:42pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

4:34pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of North 11th Street, Grand Junction.

Wednesday, January 1st

8:48am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 130th Street near H Avenue.

4:15pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 700 block of L Avenue. Stephanie Bailey of Churdan lost control of a 2008 Honda Civic rolling into the ditch and striking a fence. The Civic was a total loss. The driver was transported by Greene County Ambulance with minor injuries.

4:24pm: A deputy investigated a hunting violation in the 1400 block of Jordan Avenue.

4:47pm: Christopher Gilliland 27 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault.

5:39pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near G Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
