The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Basketball teams will return to Adel tonight for a face off against Ballard.

ADM will be hosting Ballard as both Tiger teams seek their sixth win of the season. ADM girls are 5-3 on the year, while the boys are undefeated at 5-0. So far, the girls have wins over Des Moines Christian, Van Meter, Carroll, Winterset, and Bondurant-Farrar. Their losses are against Norwalk, North Polk, and Dallas Center-Grimes. The boys beat DCG, North Polk, Carroll, Winterset, and Bondurant-Farrar. 

Senior Raegan Loewe is averaging about 16 points per game for Ballard, and ADM senior Kelli Storck is at 10 points. In the boys matchup, both the Bombers and Tigers are 5-0 with Ballard junior Jude Gibson at 15 points per game, and ADM junior Hudson Lorensen at about 28.6 points per game on 57% shooting.

The games will close out the 2024 calendar year, with the girls taking the floor at 6pm with the boys to follow at approximately 7:30pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will take to the airwaves around 5:45pm on K107.9 KKRF.
