A Grand Junction man has been arrested and charged with murder from an alleged incident.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, 26-year-old Nolan Wilson was arrested and charged with a Class A Felony for first degree murder, a Class B Felony for child endangerment resulting in death, and domestic abuse assault by strangulation causing bodily injury.
Wilson is accused of killing a two-month-old child, after the Greene County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation that started on September 3rd, when first responders were called to a home at 101 South Wise Street in Paton where the baby was not breathing. After the investigation into the cause of the child’s death, the Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Wilson on Thursday. He will be booked into the Greene County Jail.
