Timmy Mash, Adel, was driving in the 31000 block of 190th Street when a vehicle, driven by Amra Viso, Des Moines, entered the roadway from a driveway.  This caused Mr. Mash to hit Ms. Viso.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Mash’s car was estimated at $5000.  Damage to Ms. Viso’s car was estimated at $10000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Ms. Viso was cited for Fail To Yield Upon Entering Through Highway.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
