The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Bowling teams took to the alley on Monday, where the boys garnered their first victory of the 2024-25 season.
ADM battled Pella where the girls fell 1801 to 1762 and the boys won their first match 2837 to 2626. After partnering with Waukee High School for many years, this is the first official win for the ADM program in bowling. For the Tiger girls, it was freshman Lucy Allen who bowled a high total of 261. On the boys side, senior Owen Evans placed second with 417 points, with junior Cole Darling right behind in third with 416. Senior Jaxson Book was fifth (384 points), as junior Colby Simons (349) and senior Riley Ostrem finished in eighth with 345 points.
ADM girls fall to 0-4 on the season, while the boys improve to 1-3. The Tigers will now be off for the winter break and will return to the Adel Family Fun Center on January 6th versus Pella Christian.
