The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.
The council is looking to find a date to hold a public hearing on a proposal to enter into an amended sewer revenue loan and disbursement agreement. Items on the agenda seeking approval include a pay application for the Snow Removal Equipment, a resolution for the Upper Story Housing Conversion Grant and the Downtown Housing Grant Agreement, a resolution for the contribution to Hometown Heritage for repairs damaged artwork, and a resolution on the fiscal year 2026 five year Airport Capital Improvement Program.
Additional items up for approval on the agenda pertain to a proposal for the redevelopment of 1110 2nd Street in Perry; making council appointments for the Beaver Creek Watershed Management Authority, the North Raccoon River Watershed Management Coalition, and the Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance; a resolution for a website design and hosting solution with Civic Plus, an economic development grant to the Perry Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and resolutions for a proposal from the Ingenuity Company for a marketing strategic plan.
The meeting is taking place Monday evening at 6pm inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry.
