It was an exciting day for the West Central Valley Dance Team which found success at the State Solo Dance Competition in Des Moines held at Wells Fargo Arena and Hy-Vee Hall.

All three Wildcat solo dancers competed yesterday morning, with Addisyn Leonard first at 10:12am, followed by Scarlet Putney at 10:25 and Malia Fuller at 10:36am. All three Wildcats found great success, with Fuller placing 5th in Class IV, Putney placed 3rd as a freshman, and Addisyn Leonard takes the pride and title home as her performance won her first place, naming Leonard the State Solo Champion in Class IV.
