Artur Kostyshen, Plainfield, IL, was driving on I80 near the 102 mile marker, when his semi was struck by a pick up driven by Jimmie Merical, Dexter.  No injuries were reported due to the accident.  Damage to the semi was estimated at $500.  Damage to the pick up was estimated at $5000.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
