The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.
The board will hold a workshop to discuss a local option sales tax bond fund related to the new proposed criminal court building. Items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution to designate elected attorney deputies, appointing a treasurer, a resolution for an operating transfer, a Midwest janitorial services 30 day notice of contract termination, a resolution to modify the five year construction program for the Secondary Roads Department, a resolution for an opioid settlement committee and an Adel Township Trustee.
The board will hear an update for phase two on the Wetland Bank, pavement widening and resurfacing plans for County Road F90, as well as finalizing the open house plan for the new administration building. The meeting will be happening Tuesday morning at 9am inside the board of supervisors meeting room, 800 Court Street, in Adel.
