According to the National Weather Service, as of November 22nd, Perry has accumulated up to 2.14 inches of rain, ahead of its normal rate of 1.42, Jefferson has seen 2.74 inches, which is more than the 1.29 inches of rain it regularly receives, and Guthrie Center is at 3.17 inches of precipitation, where it normally is at 1.37 during the month of November.
