David Channon, age 44, 2920 Brattleboro Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Justin Edwards, age 36, 1717 Lyon St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Kevin Macklin, Redfield, was driving in the 35000 block of Dexfield Road when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.  The vehicle was able to be driven away from the scene.

Nov. 20th

Chazyra Miller, age 26, 1240 6th Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Diann Routh, Story City, was driving on Hwy 141 at Odessa Place, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7000.

Jose Ramirez, age 33, 6932 Franela Way, Citrus Heights, CA, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Consumption Of Alcohol In Public Place.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
