The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session yesterday.
The Board set a special meeting to canvass the 2024 General Election results for today, then approved the suspension of taxes for two parcels of land and tabled the abatement of taxes for a third parcel of land held by the City of Menlo after hearing from Guthrie County Treasurer Brenda Campbell. They then approved to engage with Ahlers and Cooney Representative Tim Whipple on creating an ordinance regarding hazardous pipelines.
They then approved a 28E Agreement with the Guthrie County First Responders, after hearing from Guthrie County Health Services Director Jotham Arber, and the 2024 Family Farm applications by recommendation of the Guthrie County Assessors Office.
