Once again it’s the time of year that area churches participate in a program for a good cause.

Stuart’s First Congregational Church will once again participate in Operation Christmas Child according to organizer Susan Wallace. She mentions that next week Monday through Friday the church will be accepting donations of shoeboxes from 4-6pm, as well as from 9am to noon on November 23rd and until 1pm November 24th. Shoeboxes will be packed with a variety of school supplies, toys and hygiene products, along with clothing before being given out.
