Taylor Rummans, Perry, was driving in the 26000 block of Hwy 141 when she hit a deer.  The driver was checked for injuries on the scene and cleared by EMS.  The vehicle had an estimated $7500 damage and was towed from the scene.

Michael Murphy, Earlham, was driving in the 20000 block of 360th St when he hit a deer that was already dead in the roadway.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Tammy Rummel, Menlo, was driving in the 16000 block of old Hwy 6 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7000.  The vehicle was moved to a safe location to be towed later.

Tracci Llamas, age 32, 220 S. 10th Street, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Contraband In Correctional Institution and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug.

Garrett Sayre, age 33, 6640 Holcomb Circle, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
