The Panorama School Board met in regular session Monday night.

Superintendent Kasey Huebner says that before the Board got to the action items, the administrative team shared their reports, and he was able to share their Good News segment as well. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio that this month’s segment included information on Zoey Kepple and Madi Huitt, who are both participating in honor band and choir festivals this month, along with an unusual share from one of the teachers.

“You don’t always hear students giving feedback to teachers. You know, it was about how fun one of the field trips for Mr. Mike Dorhout was, and about collecting seeds and how much fun they had and how beneficial it was. So that was kind of fun.”

Huebner mentions that the Board then approved the sharing agreement for girls wrestling with Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center, along with the maintenance of a water power pump at the elementary school, and the first readings of two new Board policies.
