The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Football team will be participating in the Class 4A Quarterfinals tomorrow, as they have been battle tested throughout the regular season.

The Tigers will hit the road tomorrow back to Council Bluffs for the second time this year to face off against the Titans of Lewis Central. ADM Head Coach Doug Winkowitsch believes that the combination of wild scenarios in the regular season has shaped the Tigers into the team they are.

“Proud of these guys, and I think they’ve been very resilient. We’ve had some really phenomenal like late quarter drives to put up scores and I think we’ve grown, we’ve certainly have created more depth. We’re down to about two and a half kids respectively that are kind of playing on both sides of the ball, so we feel like we’ve gained some depth, especially in the secondary.”

ADM has won low scoring games, used their offense in a back and forth contest, rallied from 18 points down to win in overtime, and everything in between. The Tigers lost back in week three inside Titan Stadium 30-27 in OT, and is seeking to avenge that loss to punch a ticket to the semi-finals in Cedar Falls. Raccoon Valley Radio will carry the broadcast tomorrow on K107.9 KKRF, starting at 6:15pm.
