To say that Coach Greg Thompson is proud of the Panorama Panthers Girls Cross Country team would be an understatement. When asked about his thoughts on his season as a whole, coach Thompson would first address the lack of experience on the team stating, “The girls team came into the season unranked and only had 3 out of the 10 runners on the roster with at least one full year of high school cross country season.” Through different injuries and illnesses, the Panthers remained dedicated. Coach Thompson added, “the last half of the season, all of the girls really figured out the idea of running as a team and staying close together.  Once they did that, I thought they could be a top 10 team.  This team was very coachable and made it fun to coach.”
