It’s Election Day, and Guthrie County residents can vote for their preferred candidates in person as their specified polling location.

Guthrie County Auditor Dani Fink reminds eligible voters that there are polling locations in Bayard, Casey, Guthrie Center, Panora, Stuart and Yale, and she encourages individuals to know which precinct they need to go to and vote. She also reminds voters of the County positions that are on the ballot this year.

“So the local positions that are up for election this year are two supervisor districts. So supervisor district two and supervisor district five. And then also the county auditor and county sheriff positions are up as well.”

Fink mentions that there are also several positions open for Township Trustees, as many townships in Guthrie County still have an elected Board of Trustees.
