The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The board will be awarding a certificate of substantial completion to Workspace Incorporated for the new administration building in Adel. The board will receive a construction completion update and review a pay application relating to the building. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include pay applications for the Secondary Roads Department, courthouse renovations, evidence building, the 902 Court office renovation, and the new criminal court building; along with a resolution for a sign truck purchase, appointing a Des Moines Township Clerk, and a 2025 Bike Trail Rehabilitation project. The board will also set a time and date for a public hearing pertaining to the fiscal year 2025 budget amendment.

The meeting is set to take place inside the Board of Supervisors meeting room, 902 Court Street, in Adel tomorrow morning at 9am.
