6:15pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 120th Street near S Avenue.
7:29pm: A deputy assisted with resetting a breaker for a resident in the 500 block of Madison Street, Scranton that lost their lights in the house.
9:43pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near H Avenue.
Wednesday, October 30th
12:49am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.
1:42am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 400 block of Sand Street, Churdan.
5:23am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 400 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.
6:49am: A deputy and Scranton Fire responded to a semi fire on E Avenue near 300th Street. The driver put the fire out and there was minor damage.
2:25pm: Chad McCollom 44 of Jefferson was booked at the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:20pm: Joseph Blackmon 48 of Yale was booked into the jail for a probation violation.
3:51pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Hill Street, Churdan.
5:29pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.
7:11pm: A deputy investigated a single accident on S Avenue near 195th Street. Timothy Day 64 of Jefferson lost control of his 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and struck the ditch embankment. Day was charged with Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense, open container, failure to maintain control, and failure to prove financial liability.
9:16pm: Timothy Day 61 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense, open container, failure to maintain control, and failure to prove financial liability.
Thursday, October 31st
7:31am: A deputy investigated a report of a tree on the roadway in the 1400 block of I Avenue.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
