The Dallas County Conservation Board is gearing up for a festive Halloween-themed event on Monday.
The board is inviting people to the first-ever “Critter Crimes: Who Done It” program to help solve catching the guilty animal. According to Naturalist Allison Dittmer, the board is setting up a murder mystery that features stations with clues for people to determine who the cute culprit is. She says that this idea came about because the board was thinking of an interactive program centered around Halloween. The program is open to families of all ages for free and is taking place at Voas Nature Area, 19286 Lexington Road, in Minburn Monday evening from 5-6pm.
