With registration for 4-H and Clover Kids members still open, the younger of the two groups in Guthrie County have a few options.

Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Youth Coordinator Rachel Blum says that the after school groups of Panora, Guthrie Center and Adair – Casey won’t start meeting until November, and will meet bi-monthly when they start. She explains that in these meetings, the children will be able to take part in creative sessions for crafts, while also learning more about the different parts of being in 4-H. Blum mentions the regular Clover Kids group, also known as Stef’s Group, meets every third Sunday during the enrollment year, and starts meeting this month. She adds that the meeting times might change though if there is a field trip planned.
