With the fall foliage beginning to seep into the state of Iowa, the Brenton Arboretum in Dallas Center is welcoming people to join a fun trip.

The second annual Hay Rack Ride is tomorrow from noon to 3pm. Brenton Arboretum Executive Director Melissa Burdick explains that she is leading the trek around the area to spotlight different aspects relating to fall.

“Talking about different sites to see as we go by them and also talking about fall colors, and doing a little educational bit on what makes good fall color, and what are some great choices for the fall.”

Burdick mentions that the rides will be in one hour increments starting at noon, but encourages people to snag tickets quickly before spots fill up.
