Tylor Witzel, age 27, 1800 Grand Ave, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Two juvenile drivers were involved in a rear-end accident in the 31000 block of Hwy 44.  No injuries were reported and damage to one vehicle was estimated at $1000.  Damage to the other vehicle was estimated at $8000.

Kofi Yamoah, age 32, 1770 92nd St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving while Barred.

Oct. 17th

Dustin Purdy, age 21, 2328 Zeller Ave, Marshalltown, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
