Hickory Grove Park in Colo hosted the Heart of Iowa Conference Cross Country meet last night.  The Jayettes got a DNP as they didn’t have enough girls run.  The Bluejays claimed 7th out of 9.  Perry was led by Lily Myers on the girls side.  She finished in 5th 20:30.1 while Taryn Nehring had the next best time for the Jayettes 13th 21:47.6.  The guys were led by Ivan Willet 26th 19:10.9 and Thad Stewart 31st 19:19.6.

Nevada took first on the boys side and PCM won the girls meet.

Perry is now off until the State Qualifying Meet on October 23rd.  The assignments are set to come out later this week for the Bluejays and Jayettes.
