The November General Election is quickly approaching, with absentee voting opening up tomorrow in Dallas County.

According to a press release from the Dallas County Auditor Julia Helm, tomorrow is when absentee ballots will be available to be voted on. The ballots can either be cast in person at the Dallas County Auditor’s Office, 210 N. 10th Street, in Adel Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm until November 4th. 

Helm emphasizes that if people want to mail in ballots, they must fill out a form, which can be obtained at the auditor’s office or online at https://www.dallascountyiowa.gov/173/Elections-Office, then be returned to the auditor’s office by 5pm on October 21st.
