The AC/GC Chargers had a successful week in sports.

The volleyball team went to Woodward and swept the Woodward-Granger Hawks in three sets, and then found out that they’d earned a first round bye in the postseason. The team then dropped matches against Griswold and Riverside Saturday, and picked up a win against Ar-We-Va in tournament play. The football team continued their win streak, picking up the 40-14 victory against Mount Ayr with some big plays from the seniors, as Eli Madsen had an 85 yard touchdown rush, Brexton Schneider had a 43 yard touchdown rush, and fullback Mike Fuller threw a touchdown pass on a trick punt play.
