Perry football fell last night to Atlantic, 35-14.  In the final home game of the season, Perry honored this year’s seniors in the loss.  Perry was held scoreless in the first half for a third straight game.  The rushing attach of the Trojans overpowered the Bluejays as they ran for 293 yards. It was a low scoring first quarter played to a 0-0 draw. The Atlantic offense exploded for 14 in the second to take a 14-0 lead into the break. The Trojans extended the lead to 21 points after 3. Both teams found the end zone twice in the fourth. Final 35-14. Kenney (4 yard rush) and Quahbi (6 yard rush).

The loss drops Perry to 2-5 and 0-3 in District play.  Perry finishes  the season with two straight road games.  The Bluejays travel to Knoxville this Friday.
