The Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs volleyball team now sit at 19-18 after defeating the Ames Little Cyclones last night at home. All sets in this contest between the Mustangs and Little Cyclones would go to the wire, but the Mustangs would take the lead first after a 25-20 victory against the Little Cyclones. Ames would come back motivated in the second set, and would come back to defeat Dallas Center-Grimes 25-22. The momentum would shift yet again for the third time in this match, as the Mustangs would come back to defeat the Little Cyclones 25-21 in the third set. Dallas Center-Grimes would keep the momentum in the fourth and final set, defeating Ames 25-18 to claim a 3-1 victory over the Little Cyclones.

It’s senior night for the Mustang volleyball team on Monday as they host the #9 Pella Christian Eagles. The volleyball match up is set to begin at 7:15pm at Dallas Center-Grimes High School.
