The Dallas Center-Grimes fall golf team is in action today at Willow Creek Golf Course in Norwalk for the IHSAA District Golf meet. The Mustangs will compete against 13 other schools including: Ames, Cedar Falls, Des Moines East, Des Moines Lincoln, Des Moines North, Des Moines Roosevelt, Fort Dodge, Indianola, Johnston, Marshalltown, Norwalk, Waterloo East, and Waterloo West.

In the preview before the district meet began at 10am, the Mustangs had two golfers on the preview leaderboard for the 18 hole low scores, with Noah Moberg and Avery Van Zelderen tied for fourth with a score of 69 strokes. Moberg is also fifth on the 18 hole average preview leaderboard with an average score of 73.3 strokes.

District golf action is underway today in Norwalk at the Willow Creek Golf Course. The golf action began at 10am.
