Quin Mahler-Moreno Breaststroke

Perry swimming was in action Tuesday night at the Newton YMCA.  It was a tri meet against Oskaloosa and the host Newton.  The Jayettes performed well despite falling to the Cardinals 104-52 and Indians 77-72.  Quin Mahler-Moreno and Aleah Karolus each won two events to pace Perry.

Next up for Perry is a trip to Ames on Saturday.  Jean Dowd and the girls have been looking for this meet for most of the season.  This is one of the few times Perry will square off with schools significantly larger than them and the competition should be stiff with 10 schools in attendance.  Perry will take the pool at 8:15A at Ames High School.
