9:43am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Grimmell Road.

10:18am: A deputy assisted with a cow out on 220th Street near Hillcrest Avenue.

1:38pm: The Sheriff, Grand Junction Fire, Jefferson Fire, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a structure fire at the Louis Dreyfus ethanol plant. The fire was contained to ventilation ductwork.

6:11pm: A deputy investigated a burning complaint near Eagle Street and Madison Street, Grand Junction.

10:20pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1800 block of 150th Street.

Wednesday, October 2nd

1:00am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near Hillcrest Avenue.

7:43am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

1:53pm: A deputy, Bayard Fire, and Coon Rapids Fire responded to a combine fire on Brentwood Avenue near 320th Street.

6:54pm: Jesse Nelson 38 of Red Oak was booked into the jail for burglary 3rd degree, theft 4th degree, and theft 5th degree.

7:54pm: Jennifer Holz 37 of Red Oak was booked into the jail for burglary 3rd degree, theft 4th degree, and theft 5th degree.

10:59pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near B Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
