There are two Java and Juice programs taking place in Jefferson for the next two weeks.

Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich says tomorrow Greene County Medical Center is hosting the 30-minute program that starts at 9:30am in the main lobby. According to GCMC, they will be showing off their theme for October, which is “Baseline Barbie Wears Pink” for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the services they provide for early detection. Wetrich states that next Friday Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation in Jefferson will have Java and Juice.

Wetrich talks about how easy it is and the benefits of any organization or business to host a Java and Juice program.

“Yeah we’ve actually had a great year of Java and Juices, a lot of those. Certainly encourage anybody who would like to promote your business, just get more folks in there, and kind of get your name out there again to host a Java and Juice, if you’ve done it before, you can certainly do it again. Any given Friday that’s available, you can pick, and you just have to provide some light refreshments and it’s a free thing for you to do otherwise.

Wetrich adds to contact the Welcome Center at 515-386-2155 or stop by to learn more and schedule a Java and Juice.
