Andrea Small, age 24, 690 NE Alices Rd, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While Licnese Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Fona Holtry, age 51, 121 South Hazel Street, Van Meter, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was 4 counts of Lottery Forgery of Theft of Ticket and 2 counts Theft – 3rd Degree.

Harrison Sanchez, age 25, no address given, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Oct. 2nd

Gabriel Hogueison, Anita, was driving a dump truck on 360th St at River Woods Dr, when his truck came into contact with a low hanging power wire.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to the truck was estimated at $2500.  Damage to the wire and pole was estimated at $5000.

Dakota Brown, age 31, 1173 Cherry Street Road, Creston, was arrested on a warrant for Interfer W/ Official Acts Results Serious Injury.

Emmanuel Goodall, age 25, no address given, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jeffrey Johnson, age 67, 700 E. 5th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Oct. 3rd

Ognjen Resanovic, age 41, 1323 SE Delaware Ave, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operate Commercial Vehicle When Disqualified.
